Our Process

Step 1: Initial Meeting
The initial meeting allows us to get a better idea of your requirements and also allows us to explain all of the options that are available to you in order to make the best decisions with our expert development team.

Step 2: Model Selection
Once we have explained all of the options we then move onto choosing the correct model that would meet your requirements perfectly.

Step 3: Fabric Selection
As the model has been chosen we then move onto choosing the correct fabrics from our extensive collection. Our expert team will help guide you to the best combinations that work on your chosen model. Most of our models come with pre-set fabric options to choose from if required, alternatively we can also customise the fabric option to your needs. -
Step 4: Production
Once the model and fabric combination has been agreed upon we then send it to our production department for the final item to be produced. If the product included a custom fabric option; we would then either send you studio photographs or invite you to come and see the model in person. Any changes can then be agreed upon and signed off. -
Step 5: Delivery
Once your model or range has been signed off we will the set about producing your order, this usually takes approx 2 weeks. Once your order is complete we will then deliver the final items to your store or warehouse. Upon delivery you will also receive the relevant swatch books and specification cards for your model. -
Step 6: Point of Sale
We can also customise your swatch books and spec cards with your own logo so that everything matches your store. If you are also an online retailer and require imagery of your range we can arrange for studio photography shots to be taken which would be supplied with all the relevant product data.
